Outreach & Floating Support
Dynamic HCS provides effective outreach, and floating support services, and accommodations for 18+ vulnerable individuals living in the community. For many, this may be the first time they will have lived independently.
We aim to prevent homelessness and sustain tenancies by providing outreach and floating support services targeted towards those who are at the highest risk of losing their tenancy or becoming homeless. This includes people who have recently left institutional care, those who are fleeing domestic abuse, people with mental health or substance misuse issues.
Overall, we aim to embrace a holistic approach that addresses the complex needs of vulnerable individuals by providing practical and emotional support, building therapeutic relationships, and working in partnership with other agencies.

Many of the costs are included in rent, making budgeting for monthly expenses easier. Compared to other lifestyle options, Independent Living is usually cheaper than assisted living.

You’ll choose from a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans and some Onilife Life Plan Communities also offer two bedroom cottage or villa homes. The sales counselors in each community is dedicated to helping you select the home that best meets your needs.
