Dynamic Housing Care & Support is focused on offering a wide range of services to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals, either children or adults, with physical or mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and the elderly. All our services are provided by trained caregivers and skilled healthcare professionals, and we provide short or long-term care over a 24-hour period, including sleep-in or waking-night care.

We will take steps to protect our service users from abuse, neglect, and harm. This means promoting safe and effective care practices and having robust safeguarding policies and procedures in place with open lines of communication.
We aim to improve their quality of life through person-led holistic assessment and management of their needs and be actively involved in quality improvement and training to enhance the outcomes of our service. We are committed to developing an individualised care plan that addresses their needs, treatment, and goals. Thereby, building a trusted and lasting relationship with our service users and their families and relatives.
Career
We are always looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate full or part-time care workers. We will provide a conducive work environment which will promote staff work-life balance.
We encourage regular feedback and are always available to address any questions or concerns that may arise.
This support includes personal care, preparing meals, accompanying to appointments or social engagements and befriending, medication management, symptom management, therapeutic engagement, and developing steps to Recovery.
